These terms apply when you use this website or call (469) 751-7134. By using either, you agree to them.
North Dallas AC Repair is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC contractors licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. We do not perform, quote, price or guarantee any HVAC work.
Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor. The contractor sets the price, performs the work, pulls permits and provides any warranty. Please confirm the price and scope with them before work begins. You can look up any contractor's license at tdlr.texas.gov.
We try to match you quickly, but we can't promise a contractor will be available at a particular time or in every ZIP code. The information on this site is general and is not a diagnosis of your system.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work, prices, conduct or results of any contractor, or for damages arising from your use of this site. Your remedies for problems with HVAC work are with the contractor who did it, and you can file a complaint with TDLR.
Air conditioning and refrigeration contractors are regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, P.O. Box 12157, Austin, TX 78711, 1-800-803-9202, 512-463-6599, www.tdlr.texas.gov.
