Call recording

Calls to (469) 751-7134 may be recorded. We use recordings to check lead quality, settle billing questions with our contractors and improve our service. If you don't want to be recorded, use the callback form instead.

How we use it

To send your request to the licensed HVAC contractor who covers your ZIP code, so they can call or text you about it.
To track which ads and pages bring in requests.
To bill contractors for referrals and resolve disputes.

Who we share it with

We share your request with one partner contractor for your area. That contractor handles your information under their own policies once they contact you. We also use service providers for our phone line, website forms and advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Texts and calls

When you submit the form, you agree to be contacted by phone or text about your request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

We keep request records and call recordings for up to [12] months, then delete them unless we need them for a billing dispute or legal reason.
